We currently have a vacancy for an experienced commercial office maintenance electrician to join a small team on site near St Pauls London City, you must have a strong electrical background and be confident carrying out maintenance and fault finding within an office building.

The team maintain this prestigious building during Monday to Friday 7-4 / 8-5 / 9-6 days only with regular weekend overtime available, the role will incorporate carrying out electrical equipment maintenance & fault finding, PPM maintenance to general building services HVAC plant (air handling units, air con, water treatment, chillers and electrical distribution equipment with control devices). The successful candidate will be one who shows good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients of all levels.

30k-31k
